Here we have some questions frequently asked by our customers but if are list does not contain your answer please contact us.

1) We can deliver are equipment just about anywhere in the world using are own transport and a number of high class couriers, we currently have customers in Italy,France,Germany,Holland,Malta,Poland,Canada,Oz .

2) Our free deliver policy applies to Uk mainland (extra charges apply for any overseas,highlands etc etc) we try to get all of our orders to our customers asap.

3) We can offer a next day delivery to most of the uk, extra charges apply.

4) If your delivery requires a call from our drivers to let you know he is on his way its not a problem just let us know.

5) Please thoroughly check your equipment on delivery, if there is any damage to your items please refuse delivery and we will send out another straight away

6) Unfortunately we not able to hire out any equipment at present.

7) Typically there are three lengths of towers 2m,2.5m and 3m (platform length).

8) Vat invoice supplied with goods unless requested.

9) Card payments accepted using our 128 bit encryption terminal.

10) Paypal accepted (contact us for payment email address)

11) We can accept orders via phone,email,fax and mail, email preffered.

12) Erection instructions issued with every purchase.

13) All used equipment is processed through are repairs section then onto are inspection zone to ensure everything dispatched is in fully working order.

14) If you decide you dont want your goods within the 7 days of receiving we will happily refund you as long as the goods have not been used, buyers responsibility to return the goods to us, upon inspection full refund will be issued.
